Mexican Salsa with Garlic

Ingredients
#2 cone- dice one medium onion.
#3 cone- one red pepper, one green pepper, 1 hot chili (optional)
3-4 ripe tomatoes
half a bulb of garlic (or to taste) on the #1 cone
¾ cup of tomato ketchup and a pinch of brown sugar (or when tomatoes aren’t in season use a cup of store bought salsa to make it more flavorful.
Spices: 1 tsp cumin, coriander, hot pepper flakes if didn’t use fresh.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
Tastes even better the next day, so make lots so there is some for tomorrow.
